Health Smart How much do you respect your body? How well do you take care of your health? Do you expect your body to perform at optimum levels while you abuse it? As you honor and love the vehicle you live in, it responds by offering you better health. Stop saying that you are sick, or allergic, or in pain. You are confirming that for yourself, and attracting more of it. By changing what you believe is true for you, and being willing to accept better conditions, you can literally alter what is going on in your physical and emotional system. This is the Law! You will receive what you think about!

Body Shape and Size
Body Fantastic How do you look at your body - with praise or disgust? What are you saying about yourself? What are you thinking? Every thought, word and "glare" in the mirror is creating more of the same thing. Redefine your body by redefining the demands you make on yourself. When you stop using the words that demean yourself, when you shift yours thoughts to something you love to do and be, your body will follow those requests.
Developing People Relationships The status of your relationships with other people is simply a mirror to reflect something back to you - something that you needs a shift or change. Shift how you think about others, and suddenly the problematic areas disappear. Give out unconditional love, compassion and gratitude from the depths of your heart. Test it! It is truly miraculous!
